SAMPLE RING PROGRAM TERMS OF SALE

Terms and Conditions of the Sample Ring Program.
The Sample Ring Program is a bona fide agreement between Oromi, Inc. and the Internet Customer. When Customer places an order for a sample wedding band, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. The sample ring is not sold to the Customer, it is only submitted to Customer for its examination and further decision on submitting an order to Oromi, Inc.. Sample rings are not to be worn by Customer.



2. The sample ring will be provided to Customer subject to availability.



3. The sample ring shipped to Customer might not be in the finger size requested by Customer or in the metal quality requested by Customer. i.e. Customers ordering a Platinum ring may receive a white gold ring instead, and bill accordingly.



4. Orders for a sample ring will be shipped only to the Credit Card billing address of Customer.



5. Customer will be charged for the Total Value of the sample ring, plus shipping charges.

After Customer examining the ring, Customer will decide whether to purchase a ring from Oromi, Inc.. Customer must made his decision within 3 days after receiving the sample ring. We will happily extend this time upon request.

Customers deciding to buy a ring from Oromi, Inc. will submit a new order, or contact us by telephone at 1-800-317-1333 to authorize the process of the new order. Customer will be charged for the value of the ring they are purchasing. When the new order is placed, Customer will be provided with a Prepaid UPS Return Label to facilitate the return of the sample ring. This return label will be send as an attachment by email, or if Customer prefers, included in the package along with the new purchased ring. When the sample ring is returned, a credit for the total value of the sample ring will be issued to the Credit Card of Customer.

Customers deciding not to buy a ring from Oromi, Inc. will contact Oromi, Inc. to request a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without the Return Authorization Number. Customer will be responsible for the safe and prompt return of the sample ring to Oromi, Inc..
The sample ring must be shipped for return to Oromi, Inc. no later than 3 days after the date they received the sample ring.
Upon receipt of the ring, the Credit Card of Customer will be credited for the Total Amount of the Invoice in the Sample Order, minus $30.00 to cover our expenses and handling fees. Shipping charges are not refundable.
