TURN AROUND:
We keep a large stock of all wedding bands shown on line.
Chances are that the wedding ring you ordered is in stock and
your order is processed for shipment immediately.
If we have to manufacture the wedding ring of your choice, you
should expect to receive your wedding band within 2 to 3 weeks
from the order date, depending on the complexity of the ring.
Plain and Milgrain Rings are manufactured in 2 to 3 days.
We always try to satisfy our customers request. If you MUST
receive your wedding band by a certain day, please, let us know
it in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS text box of the order form. You
will be notified immediately whether or not we can meet your
request.

Methods of Shipment:
The method of shipment is selected by customer during the Checkout Process. Our preferred method of shipment is UPS 2nd. Day Air. For RUSH ORDERS we ship UPS Next Day Air. Other choices are UPS 3rd. Day, Postal Services Priority Mail and Express Mail Overnight.
Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout time and are determined by the tariffs offered by the shipper and value of the order for insurance coverage.
Methods of Shipment for International Orders:
International orders are shipped via the United States Post Office Global Express Mail, starting at $26.00
plus insurance charges. UPS Global Expedited Service is also available and it starts at about $75.00
for rush orders. A typical shipment to Europe takes Two or Three days for UPS and 3 to 5 days for USPS.
Customers are responsible for Custom Duties or Taxes, if they are applicable in the Country of destination.
The preferred method of payment accepted for International Orders are:
PayPal
Google Checkout
American Express
Cashier's check in US funds or International Money Order.
You can attempt to use Visa or MasterCard for International Orders, however sometimes that method of payment cannot be
processed from certain countries.

Lost Packages
Your wedding ring shipment is insured. If the package is lost by the carrier
we will make new rings for you at no charge, once the carrier
confirms that the package was lost.
Since all packages are insured, an adult signature is required
at the time of delivery. If nobody would be available to receive
the package, we suggest to have your order shipped via Priority
Mail or Express Mail. The Post Office will attempt delivery, and
if nobody is available to sign for the package, they will leave
a notice for you to go to the Post Office and pick it up.

Finger Size
We can make rings in ANY human size. Make sure you have been
sided properly.
We are probably the ONLY company offering rings in 1/4 size
increments.

Returns
This is a "worry free" shopping site. Yes, you can return your
order if something goes wrong. A Return Authorization is Always
required. For a detail explanation of our returns policy, please

Since most rings are made to order, we suggest that if you are uncertain
whether you like a ring, we suggest to take advantage of our
Sample Rings Program and order a sample ring to help you in making a decision.

What is the grade of your Platinum or diamonds... ?
We use Heavy Gauge Platinum blanks of Platinum 950. This is the
Highest level of purity in which Platinum is available in the
jewelry industry. Beware of competitors selling CAST rings. All
our rings, in Gold or Platinum are made from our extruded
blanks.
Diamond rings are set with GH VS/SI1 diamonds. All diamond rings
with over 0.50Ct diamonds are provided with an Independent Third
Party Appraisal by the Universal Gemological Labs

Rings Weight
All our rings are made on very heavy blanks. A blank is the
piece of metal (gold or platinum) on which the rings are carved.
The weight of the rings vary with the finger size. Typically,
our Comfort Fit Rings are 2mm thick at the center of the ring,
and between 1.65mm to 1.80mm at the edges, where they are
beveled inside to give them the comfort fit shape.

Printed Catalog
We do have a printed catalog. As we keep adding new ring styles
to our web site, the catalog does not show all styles available
online. There are also some styles in the printed catalog that
are not shown online. If you wish, you could order a printed
catalog.

Comfort Fit and Standard Fit Rings:
A Comfort Fit Ring is beveled inside, in that manner the edges
of the ring are not in direct contact with the flesh of the
finger, resulting in a more comfortable fit. This might result
in the feeling that the ring feels "looser" in the finger.
A standard Fit Ring is flat inside. That is the "traditional
fit". Since the edges of the ring are putting pressure on the
flesh, these rings might feel a little bit tighter than a
Comfort Fit Ring.
When properly sized by a jeweler, a customer should wear the
same size for Comfort Fit or Standard Fit Rings, since in both
cases the inside diameter of the ring is the same for a given
finger size.
Wearing a ring a little bit tighter or looser is a matter of
personal preference...
